Yes, global warming is a real issue that's one of the biggest global challenges today. But what is the fundamental reason that people are beginning to care? Is it because they love what nature has to offer? Or is it really only because they've recognised that it boils down to whether we'll survive in the future?
In short, do we care because of our own selfish reasons?
Maybe it's time to take a step up and reconsider that, even as we attempt to fight the climate crisis. Hug trees because they are beautiful; delight in the awe and power of nature. =)
